I began my journey in bodywork 1987 with Boulder College of Massage Therapy. I have worked in many, many places on many, many people. Leading to many types of body mind therapies. Integrated Therapies.

The human body and it’s wisdom?  It’s an insatiable quest for me. Where should we begin?

I have experienced most of my life as a bodyworker, over half of it.

I am so grateful for the opportunities that Massage Therapy has given me. I no longer us massage therapy as my medium.

Along the way I learned that body work, of any kind, is more than just touching skin. Healing and discovery are paramount.

Here are some thoughts on what I work with in a session, straight from my heart:

We are all energy. Everything around us is energy. The best bodyworkers I know are just realigning energy. Moving molecules. fitting the puzzle pieces back together.

My work is respecting you where you are, not judging you for your path, journey or lifescape, just honoring the place you are in, just as you are. You’re perfect. Just be you. Always.

The key to my body work lies in honoring what arises. Working with you to unfold.

Slow down in every situation you can. Pay attention to everything that is happening at all times possible. It’s amazing what you will learn.

Make choices based on the information you receive. Listening from that quiet space in-between gives me information to help you on your journey.

Coming from the heart is more important that using strength to conquer pain.

Everyone and everything I see, touch, or experience has lead me to this point in my life. Thank you all for being my teachers.

I’m excited to share this magic with you as my client. It’s beautiful work, and we will be different people as a result.

I hope that you allow me to guide you on your journey.

Along the way I have learned how to meet energy in a healthy manner, meeting clients/friends/family in the middle, instead of imposing myself on them. To much energy is often mixed and mingled, leaving little room for us to feel ourselves.

How do we know who we are, if we can’t feel who we are? There is a divine balance between us, if our individual space is honored, we can then honor others their space. It’s a beautiful dance.

The key to my body work lies in honoring what arises. This works in every situation.  Slow down. Pay attention to everything that is happening at all times possible. Make choices based on the information you receive. Listening from that quiet space in-between.

Everyone is on their own separate journey. It’s my responsibility to live my journey….yours to live yours. Perhaps our journeys will intertwine.

Less is so much More.  I broke this rule of engagement more than any other. I am humbled.

Engage others from a place of empowerment. They then can engage you from theirs.  A calm, loving strength is a result. Healthy relationships are a benefit.

Moving consciously and being in a state of allowing can be powerful.

So begins the journey of how I translate this into my work.

I use Ortho-Bionomy and a whole host of other modalities as a template. You are what matters most.

Make an appointment….That’s when things really begin!

I live to do this work, let’s see what you have to tell me.
